A small business situated in Stellenbosch, Youhporia was made to help customer with designing their own custom products without having to stress about where to go and who to talk to. We want our customers to walk away happy and satisfied with their product. We as a business will always want our customers to have the best experience they can find, from placing the order to receiving it.

General Info
All products made will be shipped out two days of the week. The days are Mondays and Wednesdays, this helps us handle the orders and the stock more efficiently based off which orders come in at what time.
Shipping cut off times are 2 pm this is for most courier companies.
Orders will generally take between 5-7 days to get out , this is only due to the fact that custom orders need to be approved by the buyer in order to be made.
Tracking will be send to you once the items have been shipped out.
Please note that all orders placed must be paid in full before the order will be made and shipped.
If there is anything wrong with the item received there will either be a replacement sent to you or a refund depending on the situation and what the damage might be to the product.
Returns and Refund:
Returns need to be made within 7-days of receiving the item. Anything after the 7 days will not be accepted.
Refunds will be given depending on the condition that the item is in. Once Youphoria has received the item there will be an evaluation of the product which will then determine what the next course of action will be.
When ordering any custom design please provide us with the following information. (this is to help both the supplier and customer with providing the correct product and information.)
Name and Surname of customer
Number and email address
Theme or design that you would like (the more information the better).
Name/ saying that you would like in the design.
Any pictures that you would like added to the design.
A paragraph describing what you would want and how you would want it. This includes the layout, custom sizes, colours, themes, characters, etc
Feel free too add any insporational pictures to the email / message that can help determine the theme that you are looking for.
